Staffing Update

Dear City Church,

I’m writing today to share an update from the staff at City Church. Over the next couple of weeks, Tracye Woodfin will transition out of her role as our Mission & Outreach Administrator.

Don’t worry: Tracye, Grant, and Ethan aren’t going anywhere! The Woodfins are staying in Richmond and at City Church. Tracye is simply stepping back from this particular role to focus on other personal priorities.

Tracye has served as our Mission & Outreach Administrator since early last year, and we are so grateful for the ways she provided administrative structure and support for our ministry liaisons and our staff as a whole. We also loved having her around the office—her kindness, wisdom, and sense of humor was and is a gift to us all. And while we are sorry to see her leave this position, we look forward to seeing how she continues her work as a Diaconal Assistant assisting with our Mercy & Justice team.

At this point, we are waiting to repost the Mission & Outreach Administrator job opening, allowing leadership to take some time to evaluate our current staffing needs.
