Leadership Basics is required for all candidates for elder and deacon AND is open to everyone who would like to come.

WHAT
Eight two-hour sessions led by Erik featuring practical teaching and sharing from staff and lay leaders within the church. Topics covered will include: 

• Relational ministry

• Ministry by grace

• Ministry as leaders

• Ministry in community

Attendees will have some "homework" to complete between sessions, including readings from the Bible and the Westminster Standards. We will also read short articles from writers like Tim Keller, Scott Sauls, Tish Warren, and Irwyn Ince.

WHEN

• October 8th & 22nd

• November 5th & 19th

• December 3rd & 17th

• January 7th & 21st

All sessions are from 9am to 11am. We will provide coffee and light refreshments.

WHERE
Each session will take place in room 303 (third floor) at Grace Covenant.

WHY
Because everybody leads somebody. 

Leadership Basics exists to help you to lead confidently and graciously in your family, your church, your community, and your city.
