Our annual Harvest Party is scheduled for Saturday, October 22nd, 3pm to 7pm at Park and Meadow Farm (2462 Shady Oaks Trail, Maidens VA 23102). Join us for great food, live music, tons of kids games, and a great opportunity to spend time together. We will handle the food and drinks; you just bring blankets, chairs, and plenty of friends...and a dessert to enter for a chance to win the coveted Golden Rolling Pin, if you like! Carpooling is encouraged! (Rain date: October 29th)

THE BASICS

• Where: Park & Meadow Farm, the home of Alex and Shannon Brito, located at 2462 Shady Oaks Trail, Maidens, VA 23102 (It’s about 15 minutes past Short Pump, and carpooling is encouraged.)

• When: Saturday, October 22nd, 3-7PM

• What to Bring: Blankets, chairs, friends, and a dessert to enter for a chance to win our Golden Rolling Pin, if that is your sort of thing!

STUFF FOR THE KIDS

• Facepainting!

• Hayrides!

• Pumpkin painting!

• Goats to visit!

• Scarecrow building!

• Plenty of space to run around!

THE SCHEDULE

• 3-5PM: Activities for the kids and plenty of hangout time for the adults

• 5PM: Dinner is served —smoked meats, Brunswick stew, and plenty of sides

• 5:15PM: Live music from our in-house band while you enjoy your dinner

• 6:15PM: Special programming and the declaration of the 2022 winner of the Golden Rolling Pin

• 6:45PM: Fireworks! (That’s right. So if fireworks aren’t your jam, please plan ahead for that.)
